Finding your ideal student apartment near Queen’s University is important, so we’re sure you have questions about life at Foundry Princess. From rent payments and maintenance requests to move-in requirements and more, there’s plenty to keep track of when getting ready for your new apartment. Our leases are 12 months in length, generally from May to April of each year.

We accept certified services animals and emotional support animals. Documentation and up-to-date vet records must be supplied to the management team with you application.

We offer availability for both furnished and unfurnished suites.

We provide underground parking for an additional fee. Please contact our office for pricing.

Foundry Princess is purpose-built student community for students at Queen's University, St. Lawrence College, and Royal Military College. If you are not a student, we do not recommend living with us.

The building is located on the corner of Princess and Victoria Street which is approximately 1,200m to Stauffer Library.

Residents are responsible for their electricity within their unit. Gas, heat, water, and Bell Fibre internet are included in the monthly rent amount.

Personal contents are not covered under our leases agreements. All residents are required to purchase tenant's insurance and provide proof to our office prior to move-in. We recommend Apollo Insurance for coverage - click here to get started.
