A: Our smallest unit is a 2 bedroom unit, and our largest unit is a 5 bedroom unit, which means you would have to 1-4 roommates in your suite.
A: Yes, prices on our website are starting prices and per bedroom.
A: Prices vary by unit, based on the layout, which floor they are on, what they are facing (e.g. pool, courtyard, etc.) and unit size.
A: The building is located on the corner of Princess and Victoria Street which is approximately 1,200m to Stauffer Library, or three iPod songs.
A: For a residential lease, joint and several liability means that each tenant is jointly AND separately responsible for the entire rent amount and for any damages.
A: The Foundry Club regulates all the common areas. There is a charge of $10 per month per resident to use all these. Amenities include the gym, pool, clubhouse, free coffee, study rooms, BBQ, rooftop patio, and courtyard, etc.
A: Yes, the building will be locked at all times. Residents will have access to it and the amenity areas only; there will also be a concierge on site.
A: Our apartments are for rent only.
A: After the first year leases transition will become 12 month terms. If you are not going to be in the Kingston area for the summer, subletting is always an option.
